About Willow & Womb

We offer a holistic approach to birth and postpartum doula support—one where birth is honored as sacred. Where women are believed in. Where becoming a mother is witnessed and supported all the way through—mind, body, and soul.

How I Learned to Believe In Women

You need a guide who genuinely believes in your power. Not someone who says the right words. Someone who knows it—because they've lived the cost of not having it.

I'm trained as a birth and postpartum doula through DONA. I've studied evidence-based birth support, the physiology of labor, how nervous systems work, and how presence changes outcomes.

I've also lived birth three times. One of those births was forty-one hours—alone in my knowing but scared and with no guidance. My second birth was traumatic. I didn't have a doula. I carried the psychological damage for years. I dealt with postpartum depression that went undiagnosed.

On the other side of that pain, I understood: women's bodies know what to do. Sometimes they need gentle guidance. Sometimes they need someone to believe in them when fear takes over. What changes everything is being believed in.

That's what I bring: training, evidence, presence. And deep understanding of what happens when you don't have these things. I know the cost. I know the healing that's possible. I know what you need.

Your birth story stays with you forever. How you experience your initiation into motherhood shapes not just the day itself, but the woman and mother you become. That's not small. That's everything.
