You’ve Found Your Doula

Motherhood is a Sacred Initiation. Let’s honor it.

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are more than milestones to move through—they're a profound transition into the next version of yourself. At Willow & Womb, we offer personalized, holistic birth and postpartum support that honors both the science of birth and the wisdom of your intuition, so you can move through this season feeling informed, deeply supported, and truly seen.

This is For You

You feel birth as sacred.
Not just biology. Not just survival.

Something in you already knows—this is a threshold.

And maybe the world around you speaks in risk. In what could go wrong.

But your body speaks differently.
Quieter. Deeper. Certain.

This isn’t only about birth.
It’s about who you are becoming as you cross it.

You don’t need to be convinced.
You need to be met.

By someone who sees what you see.
Who trusts your intuition.
Who stays steady while you soften.

Not to manage you.
But to hold the space where you become initiated into motherhood.

Meet Your Doula

Hey there! I'm Willow—and I'm so glad you're here.

A woman with long, wavy light brown hair smiling at the camera, wearing a cream-colored top and a gold necklace with a cross pendant.

Inviting someone into your birth story is one of the most personal decisions you'll ever make. I'm honored you're here, taking the time to get to know me.

I'm a holistic birth and postpartum doula based in Edmonds, Washington, serving families throughout the greater Seattle area and Puget Sound.

I provide personalized emotional, physical, and informational support from pregnancy through postpartum, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're planning a home birth, birth center birth, or hospital birth, my role isn't to lead your journey—it's to walk beside you, honoring your values, your intuition, and the choices that feel right for your family.

My hope is that you move through this season feeling calm, informed, deeply supported, and never alone. That you look back on your birth knowing your voice mattered, your intuition was honored, and you were held every step of the way.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: women are not broken. Birth isn't something your body has to be rescued from. While every birth unfolds differently and sometimes requires medical support, I believe your body carries an innate wisdom worth listening to. When you feel safe, informed, and genuinely believed in, you're more able to trust yourself—and that changes everything.

It is a privilege to witness women step into motherhood. Whatever this season brings, I'll be there to walk alongside you.

Offerings

I offer birth and postpartum support in person, and virtual support for the woman who needs presence from a distance — whether you're local to the Seattle area or somewhere else in the world. There is a place for you here. I'd love to get to know you and create something that is entirely, beautifully yours.

From Our Clients

You Know What You Want

You want to birth from your knowing. Not from fear. Not from anyone else's doubt. From your power.

You want someone in the room who sees that power. Who doesn't question it. Who witnesses it. Who has your back—who knows your birth plan, honors what you do and don't want, and makes sure your voice stays centered even if things shift.

After birth, you want to know: I did this. My body did this. I believed in myself. And I was supported all the way.

You want to step into motherhood not as someone who survived something. But as a woman who was initiated. A woman who knows her own power, her own wisdom. That knowing stays with you as you mother.

How We Move Through This Together

Without Someone Fully Present and Advocating for You

Birth asks something of you. Not perfection.

Presence.

When labor begins, there are voices.

Questions.

Decisions.

New information arriving in real time.

Your provider is there to care for your medical well-being.

Your partner is there because they love you.

But who is holding you?

01

Who is helping you pause before you answer?

Who is reminding you that you still have choices?

Who is helping you return to your breath...

Your body...

Your own knowing?

Because when you feel safe, informed, and deeply supported, everything changes.

Your nervous system softens.

Your body can work instead of protect.

You make decisions from clarity instead of urgency.

02

Research consistently shows that continuous doula support is associated with fewer cesarean births and other interventions, as well as a more positive, satisfying birth experience—not because someone takes over your birth, but because you remain connected to yourself throughout it.

When your birth is over, I don't want you wondering what happened.

I want you to know you were there.

Present.

Heard.

An active participant in one of the most meaningful moments of your life.

I want you to remember what it felt like to trust yourself.

To feel safe in your body.

To look back and know: I was there. I chose. I was held.

03

Ready to cross this threshold?

You don't have to figure this out alone—through labor or early motherhood. A free consultation is just a conversation—you and me, getting to know each other. We talk about your vision. Your choices. If we're aligned, we move forward. If not, I can help guide you toward someone who might be a better fit. Every woman deserves a doula.
